Cristina Dezi is a queer artist and interdisciplinary designer.
Through a feminist critique, she experiments with biomateriality and wearable technology, crossing textile research, new media art, sound design, biohacking and performative activism.
She holds a degree in Fashion Design and New Textile Technologies and a master's degree in Experimental Animation.
Her research and design moves in the fields of performance and costume, sex-technology, ecofeminism and technofeminism, witchcraft rituals and erotic cinema.
She is the co-founder with Giulia Tomasello of "Bruixes_Lab" a nomadic laboratory where intimate biotechnology, transfeminist and DIY practices intertwine symbiotically with natural environments, microbiology and bodily fluids.
